Crockpot Marry Me Ravioli

This Crockpot Marry Me Ravioli is the kind of cozy, hearty dinner that feels almost too easy for how delicious it actually turns out in the end. With Italian sausage, onion, garlic, chicken broth, heavy cream, sundried tomatoes, and Italian seasoning, everything cooks together low and slow until it’s rich, flavorful, and ready to eat. It’s a simple add-it-and-forget-it meal that makes dinner feel comforting without asking much from you.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package/bag Ravioli fresh or frozen
  • 1 pound Italian sausage
  • 1 medium Onion diced
  • 2 tbsp Garlic minced
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp Corn starch
  • 1/3 cup Sun dried tomatoes chopped
  • 2 cups Spinach
  • 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. Brown your sausage and diced onion in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. At the end of cooking time add your minced garlic for 30 seconds.
  2. Add your ravioli to a crockpot and then add your cooked sausage mixture on top.
  3. Mix together chicken broth, heavy cream, corn starch, sundried tomatoes, red pepper flakes, garlic powder and Italian seasoning, and once well mixed add to the crockpot.
  4. Cook on low for 3-4 hours, or high for 2 hours. Mix halfway through cooking time.
  5. Once cooked, add cheese and spinach. Mix well and enjoy.
